Bluewaters Island Penthouse

My name is Yulia Alekseeva, and I am the founder of Miralit Interior Design Studio.
I am pleased to present an exclusive interior design project for a penthouse on Bluewaters Island in Dubai, valued at $20 million. Covering an area of 900 m², most of the furniture and interior elements were custom-designed based on my sketches.
Art objects and décor play a key role in this project, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury.
The kitchen, designed according to our sketches, features walnut veneer cabinetry. The island countertop is crafted from Dark Forest marble. The dining table is made of Patagonia natural stone, complemented by Poltrona Frau chairs and Penta lighting fixtures designed by Federico Sandri. The kitchen island is equipped with a Miele cooktop with an integrated extractor.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed my own unique style, based on a composition of background, dominant elements, and accents.
In this project, walnut wood panels serve as the background, while the dominant feature is the custom-designed upholstered furniture. Accents are introduced through carefully selected art pieces that enhance the overall ambiance.
The penthouse rooftop boasts a private lounge area with a swimming pool, grill, and sauna, offering breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf.
