Waterford Community is a peaceful slice of modern country living, located in the East Side of Greenville, SC. The community consists of 27 acres and 30 lots, and the homes are exclusively designed by BLOM Design Studio and built by a local builder, Cobblestone Homes.

The design aesthetics for community is created by taking elements from traditional buildings of the region, such as farmhouses, country estates and homesteads, combined with the simplicity and clean lines of modern design. Some of the architectural features include emphasis on private outdoor living spaces and seamless indoor/outdoor integration, as well as open concepts that maximizes natural light inside the homes.
