Built in 1976, this 5,000 sq ft home boasts vibrant pops of color as a nod to the Midcentury era. The parcel has prime location on the Lake Huron beach front with a price tag of $1.5M. The designer is award winning architect William Kessler, who built the home to be triangular–with a complete lack of square rooms. The property sits on nearly 6 acres of land, with a gated entrance, guesthouse, lap pool and spa. The sleek design, cedar accented walls and spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows give this mid-mod a quaint charm of its own.
