Basement Project - Denver's Central Park

Incredible basement renovation project in the Central Park area of Denver, CO, seamlessly integrating modern and retro elements throughout. Featuring concrete floors, creative accent walls, custom walnut stairs and railing for an industrial yet, modern feel. A major focal point is the white floating bar with a tiled backsplash, black and gray wallpaper and plenty of seating, alongside a custom floor to ceiling glass wine storage unit. There's also a full bathroom with a step in shower designed with decorative concrete tiles in shades of gray in contrast with penny rounds on the floor. And there's even a Ms. Pac Man machine and a special nook under the stairwell for the family dog :)

This space was designed by Georgeson Style husband and wife team (Kyndra/Larry Georgeson) and accented with products from their own Kyndred Shop (a curated online boutique), to suit the client seeking a multi-purpose open floor plan to accommodate the needs of their family's lifestyle. And it seems they nailed it, there's literally something for everyone here!
