Baldwin Duplex

A 940 square foot interior and exterior remodel to a rear unit of a duplex.
On-site parking was reorganized and existing building openings re-positioned giving separation and privacy between both units. First floor living areas were reconfigured, improving function and circulation creating a new family room and kitchen with expansive openings connecting to the garden outside as well as a new powder room, laundry, and mudroom.
