The Balboa Peninsula waterfront home encompassing over 11,000 square feet on 4 levels, completed a multi-million dollar renovation that took it from a once abandoned project to a jewel that entertains with use of artistic interior finishes, high level craftsmanship and resort level amenities. The homes’ overall simpler aesthetic with light filled rooms depends on its architectural finishes, diverse high-quality crafted details rather than its furnishings and accessories.
Paying homage to a Farmhouse dictate with wide plank flooring and 400-year-old beams paired with metal railings in the entry as it opens to the sky with an atrium ceiling flooding the interior area with light. Plaster ceilings softly echo of swimming fish. Materials and finishes both expensive and inexpensive were sourced from all over the globe to achieve interesting eye-catching details.
