From Wash Studio

Designed by Wash Studio, this 1930s two-storey townhouse with period charm has been recently renovated to a luxury, high-end standard.

A bright central hallway leads to an elegant living room with custom-made Anchor Ceramics tiled fireplace and separate dining room. The home’s main feature – A striking kitchen with premium features including marble benchtops, Gaggenau appliances, mechanical lift cabinetry and butler's pantry. The adjoining meals area opens onto to a newly designed Eckersleys Garden Architecture courtyard via custom steel framed doors.

The courtyard is the perfect entertainment area featuring a contemporary steel pergola, built-in BBQ, lighting and irrigation system. Surrounded by greenery, a separate fourth bedroom/study and powder room are situated within this garden oasis.

Upstairs are three generous bedrooms, two with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and the main with ensuite and walk-in robe. All bathrooms feature custom made vanities with marble benchtops, stone basins and a freestanding stone bath in the ensuite. A euro-laundry is neatly hidden within the second bathroom.

Adding to the property’s immaculate interior aesthetic are the impressive Christopher Boots lighting features throughout. This beautiful home in highly sought-after Avoca Street beckons a lifestyle of luxury.
