Description of the project “An urban Scandinavian oasis”:
“An urban Scandinavian oasis” is a home for a young family with a child. A charismatic, driven, professionally successful couple wanted to create a warm, beautiful, calm space which will have all the necessities for a modern comfort living in the middle of a vibrant city.
This residence seamlessly merges two apartments into one, featuring a thoughtfully designed layout that enhances both functionality and aesthetics. A long hallway leads into the open-concept living zone, creating a sense of arrival and flow. The main living areas—living room, dining space, and kitchen—are oriented toward panoramic river views, offering stunning sunset exposures.
The design embraces a modern yet warm aesthetic, incorporating high-end materials such as wood and premium marble in a refined minimalist style. Every technical element, including ventilation, climate control, motorized curtains, and dynamic lighting, is masterfully integrated and concealed to maintain a seamless visual experience and ensure durability.
A natural, earthy color palette sets a calming tone, accented with vibrant hues for playfulness and depth. The layout encourages both openness and flexibility, offering multiple pathways to navigate the space while maintaining a sense of connection for the family.
