The Owner Jason Watt, is a very artsy and passionate guy with a sweet and beautiful wife -Sharon- and two kids - Kingdom and Georgia. He is in the restaurant business with his brother Jim (www.smithmade.org/wor... We had a great connection and we decided to transform this house surrounded by all the traditional homes in Rumson for the one with a modern organic look. The house have a bit of Frank Lloyd Wright, I tried to keep inside remodel to a very minimal and clean architecture.
