A Serene Catskills Home Appears to Be Floating Above the Trees

We designed this home to have an inverted layout with the common spaces—kitchen, living, and dining area—on the top floor. This allows us to take advantage of the stunning mountain views.

There are two queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features Berkshire views and a spa-like bathroom with heated terrazzo tile floors and a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has heated concrete floors, a workspace, and a shower.

The kitchen comes with all of the basics you need for making delicious meals. There is a full size fridge, induction range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The dining table comfortably seats four, and there are three additional counter seats at the island. The living room has a comfy Floyd sofa and pair of leather lounge chairs for hanging out or watching a movie on the projection screen. There is also a gas fireplace. Above it all is the roof deck with the best views of the Hudson Valley! It’s a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or work on your yoga.
