A Coastal Elegant Family-Friendly Entertaining Oasis in Boca Raton by Sketch Design Studio

Bridgette Caporaso of Boca Raton-based Sketch Design Studio designed this coastal oasis to accommodate a young and growing family. The homeowner’s goals were to create a comfortable yet luxe space that would be both functional day to day as well as perfect for entertaining friends and family on a regular basis. The owner’s entry off the garage with an adjacent laundry is a Floridian take on a northern mudroom that Bridgette coined “The Sand Space.” Overall, the home projects an elegant yet modern take on coastal design, with special attention paid to space planning, architectural detailing and floor plan optimization.
