The client, a graphic designer and his screen writer wife, want to transform their 1500 sq ft newly purchased house into a space suitable for a modern living style. The proposal seeks for creating openness of the space to appreciate the natural light. An existing staircase has been transfer into a wood screen allow light pass through. A series connected track lights create an interesting ceiling ornaments to overcome the existing condition of the lacking light resources, at the same time provide flexibility for lighting direction.
