At the time of its construction, 250 Columbine was the first new condominium development in Denver for more than a decade. The multi-faceted design focuses on a “gardens in the sky” vision which seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor space, while the unique “stair stepping” architecture respects existing neighborhood context, making 250 Columbine a truly spectacular addition to the Denver marketplace. The project features 30,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurant space, a 90,000-square-foot, eight-story office tower and more than 138,000 square feet of sophisticated residential living, spread across 71 condominiums.
