1733 Bathurst is a major renovation, steps away from the Upper Village in Toronto's Bathurst and Eglinton neighbourhood. The design transforms an original low-rise apartment building into 8 suites inspired by classic New York brownstones and London walk-ups. Suites are spacious and updated, with sleek new interiors, open concept floor plans, and up to 1,189sq.ft. of space. Many of the units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and all units have a contemporary open plan.

The design transforms an original low-rise building into eight suites, inspired by classic New York brownstones and London walk-ups. The building is configured into a loose "L" shape, with a unit constituting each branch on each of the building's four levels. Each unit has a slightly different floor plan, yet each has a spacious kitchen and Great Room, and its own individual outdoor space: the upper units equipped with balconies, and the lower units with their own walk-out terraces.

The building’s smart systems are an additional unique feature of this project. A Nest Learning Thermostat is installed in each unit, which can be programmed and controlled from the user's smart phone or computer. Smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors have also been installed in the building.

1733 Bathurst combines the convenience of condo living with the scale and intimacy of a family home, and doubles the property's density without changing the look and feel of the building or neighbourhood.
