Woolsey Outdoor Ping Pong Table
We have been working on the Woolsey Outdoor Ping Pong Table for quite a while now, and have finally perfected our design to be suitable for the outdoors.
We use a High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) which is laminated to a Russian Birch core, which is a void-free core known for its strength and moisture resistant properties. We chose to use a premium Wilson Art HPL built with the new AEON technology which is dramatically more durable than other laminates and reduces scratches/scuffs. This creates the perfect top and legs suitable for an outdoor table, with the same play as a normal table.
The base and net are both steel which has been metalized (sandblasted, sealed with zinc, and then powder coated) which offers supreme corrosion and rust protection for the outdoor environment. Of course, this table would be perfect for indoors too, or a hybrid table based on your needs and the season.
The table is able to transform from a dining or conference table, and in a matter of seconds can be ready for gameplay.
A regulation size steel net is easily mounted/unmounted via quick bolts to the table. The table comes with two custom-made Burmese teak & maple paddles, 3 star Japanese balls. The legs are sleeved into the steel base and allow for adjustment via leg levelers.
