Hidden behind the window's cozy wood interior surfaces—which have been carefully designed to avoid unsightly fasteners—is a water management system unique to the Essence Series® windows. While unlikely, water that makes its way into the window frame is quickly channeled away from the wood to avoid water damage. This leaves the window's clean, modern lines unwarped and the perfect backdrop for any interior.

In addition to the window model seen here, Milgard Essence Series® windows come in a wide range of operating styles (such as double-hung, casement, and awning) and three wood finishes (Primed Pine, Natural Pine, and Clear Vertical Grain Douglas fir).
