Modernist-Inspired Homes Unveiled in Palm Springs

Residences by Christopher Homes Debut at Miralon as Desert ‘Agrihood’ Moves Forward
with Sales and Amenities

Miralon , the sustainably designed “agrihood” emerging in Palm Springs, has unveiled a new collection of
“Desert Modern” home designs. Aura at Miralon by Christopher Homes offers three dramatic new model

home designs, now available for tours by appointment. Ultimately there will be 70 homes at Aura, among the

other Miralon neighborhoods.

Among the design highlights of Aura residences are sleek, clean lines, bright, open living areas and expansive
glass walls – all echoing the iconic Mid-Century Modern architectural heritage of Palm Springs. The single-story

homes’ flowing indoor spaces span from approximately 1,894 to 2,210 square feet and include three

bedrooms, up to three and one-half baths and two-car garages.

Aura’s living rooms lead to outdoor areas that can double as al fresco offices for working from home. Gourmet
kitchens include oversized islands with waterfall edges and quartz standard. Private courtyards with pools

complement every home, and sustainable home technology includes energy-saving solar panels and smart-

home automation to remotely control front-door locks, thermostats and more. Additional highlights are

volume ceilings from 12 to 16 feet, and Bertazzoni appliance packages. Prices start from the $700,000s.
