Modern Loft Design

This is a winning loft design by Catalin Ivanov submitted as an entry in an Arcbazar competition. The client, a young tech entrepreneur, was looking for a clean, contemporary and modern feel for his Boston-based loft.
Key desires that were outlined by the client included:
- Create a tranquil bedroom, which is separate from the living room/kitchen
- Create space to entertain guests
- Maximize storage space in the kitchen area
- Integrate the existing bar area
- Ensure that there is a working area
