Leedy residence

After years of waiting for the perfect renovation project in the Garthwick neighborhood in Portland Oregon, Erin and Greg Leedy finally purchased a 60’s split level in September of 2010. We helped the house out a bit by adding a master suite level, increasing the great room area and volume, and completely re-imagining the exterior.
