Common Grounds Coffeehouse

Conversion of a old garage and service station into the new location of Common Grounds Coffeehouse after they were forced to move from their original location in the Highlands Square area of Denver. One of the first businesses in what has become the thriving area of Sunnyside. Winner of Denver Mayors Design Award 2013. Lead Architect for Design Platform was Caroline Wilding.
