Bayview Residence

Complete remodel and structural upgrade of a 5000 SF main house and 800SF guest house on an extremely steep lot. Seismic upgrade included a new foundation, structural steel, and over 50 piers. Limited parking and access to the parcel required multiple road closures and deft coordination.
