Cork Felt.In 2013 we began to develop a new material in partnership with two companies from Tuscany. By bringing together the technology and experience of Italian craftsmen and the tradition of Nordic design we got new material: the corks combined with the felt.
The practical and functional form of this collection are made unique by the innovative and ecological material created by the designer, composed of cork with felt. The production consists in bonding of thin slices of natural cork on the felt. Making our production we try to use everything without wasting material.
The ability to be perfectly cut in defined forms could make it one of the most versatile products used in interior design for the wall panels, dividing panels and phone insulating barriers and also rugs.
This material exhibits good fireproof properties is therefore could be solution adopted in interior for the public place.
A feature of this material is this promotes the value of the consumption of natural materials and re-use of the recyclable materials.
