Textural Bachelor Pad Wrapped in Modern Tile

A husband-and-wife design team revived a 1940s home in East Los Angeles's Mt. Washington area for a single man. The predominance of tile ends abruptly in the garage, but texture remains a priority. Lined in warm wood, the space functions as Armario’s photography and music studio.
