40 m2 smart-apartment

This is a 3D of an apartment that we are currently doing in Kiev, Ukraine. The client wanted classical loft infused with industrial elements, symmetry and ergonomic hues. The apartment was expanded by using the balcony space where now can be found a small office that turns into a coffee room, if that's not ergonomic, we don't know what is.
