The owners, a young student couple, desired a comfortable home for cooking and hosting with an open living area. Due to the small space, the location of supporting walls, and the number of exterior walls, Broza had to find creative ways to allow natural light to flow between the spaces, while creating an open feel.

The newly remodeled interiors are colorful and filled with daylight. Customized carpentry maximizes storage space and accommodates the young couple's needs. The urban jungle theme carries through the apartment with a palette of grayish green and pink. Combined with natural materials, animal print rugs, and accessories, the unique theme extends from the blooming green balcony to the front door.
