Light and Air Architecture deftly extends and reimagines a Park Slope home for the owner, who grew up in the space.

"Typically, row houses in New York are very long and narrow, and only have exposure on either end to the outdoors," says architect Shane Neufeld of Light and Air Architecture (L/AND/A). "A lot of the space in the middle ends up being dark."
