Perched high on the 40th floor of The Century Building, Perry’s bachelor pad has its own movie theater and four terraces offering 360-degree views of Los Angeles.

Throughout the years, Matthew Perry has built up quite an impressive property portfolio, purchasing homes all across Los Angeles, including a full-floor circular penthouse in Century City.

After acquiring this particular home in 2017, the Canadian-American actor transformed the residence in a top-down renovation led by architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano.

Occupying the entire top floor in The Century Building, Penthouse 40 looks out over the city like a floating palace, encompassing 9,290-square-feet of custom-designed interior space.

The four-bedroom apartment occupies the entire 40th floor in the city's exclusive Century Building. Sprawling some 9,300 square feet, the interior features a broad palette of textures and colors that blend contemporary and classic styles.

After purchasing the home actor Matthew Perry brought in his own team, including architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano, to redesign the space for luxe, modern living.

Along with a spacious kitchen and grand living area, the home also includes a state-of-the-art movie theater, as well as four terraces that frame 360-degree views of the surrounding area. Scroll ahead to take a peek inside Perry's 'Mansion In The Sky,' currently listed for $35,000,000.

While the residence features four bedrooms, the crown jewel is the master suite, which includes a seating area with a fireplace, dual baths, expansive closets, and panoramic views.

The expansive bedroom features dark hardwood floors that contrast with the crisp, white ceiling and columns. Darker hues of green, blue, and gray add to the palette.

A look at the top-of-the-line in-home movie cinema, which features an abundance of plush seating and more views of the skyline.

Back out in the living room, a separate area offers a custom pool table and fireplace, adding to the home's abundance of space for entertaining.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light into the penthouse throughout the day and frame dramatic views as the sun goes down.

The home's four terraces provide plenty of options for outdoor living while enjoying views of Century City and beyond.

Penhouse 40 at 1 West Century Drive is currently listed for $35,000,000 by Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass.
