Arthaus by Boyer Vertical

A multifamily building in Phoenix offers light and open space for 25 homes—and each comes with a thoughtful take on contemporary living.

Comprising town homes, lofts, and flats set in midtown Phoenix, Arizona, this hub of 25 dwellings designed and built by Boyer Vertical is focused on indoor/outdoor living. Protective overhangs shield front entrances from the sun, while floor-to-ceiling windows let light pour into living spaces. The layout of the property offers privacy, as well as shared courtyards where it’s possible to actually get to know neighbors.
