A look back at some of my favorite cameras

As a photographer, I love all types of cameras. There is a different kind of camera to capture that perfect shot! Here's a look back at some of my favorites...

A series of classic cameras.

Introduce a younger cousin to the joys of pre-Instagram, highly-filtered photography with this Lomography camera. ($33)

This mirrorless digital camera from Pentax, designed by Marc Newson, is a smaller form and fit with all the capabilities of a DSLR. Capable of capturing 30 frames per second, snapping photos at the speed of life has never been easier. ($900)

The lightweight camera, which provides a 1080P video sensor with CVR capabilities and 4x zoom, retails at $199.

The Polaroid Z2300 Instant Digital Camera is the ultimate social media gadget as it allows you to capture, edit, and upload pictures instantly, and it even features an integrated printer. ($200)

Inspired by the photo sharing app Instagram, the nostalgic Anagram Wooden Camera, $35, sports the same striped colors (minus the blue) and is handmade from sustainable wood, cork, and leather.

Braun's Nizo 1000 camera by Robert Oberheim (1968)

Document all that gift-giving with Fujifilm's Instax camera, a bite-sized Polaroid-type camera with a case that looks like a vintage Leica. Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic camera, $210 on Amazon.
