"I woke up one morning at 4 a.m. and watched the slowly building dawn light illuminate the ocean. By 6 a.m., the first sailors were setting out," she says. Bisztray's hosts treated her to a wood-fired sauna, followed by a plunge in the ocean- which was a little different than taking a dip back home in Key West, Florida. "The water was brisk, to say the least. My whole body screamed."
