The glass house interior features a timber terrazzo floor made from recycled waste wood for a sense of playfulness, warmth, and harmony with the oak frame.
The frame introduces a pop of green-painted aluminum to differentiate the new glass house from the more traditional spaces inside.

The rusting steel is an important part of the house’s patina, Campbell says. “We appreciate materials in the raw,” he adds. “The tables aren’t stained; the steel isn’t painted. The materials are what they are.”
The kitchen didn’t need much except some decor. "It had a beautiful built-in and felt like a kitchen on a boat, especially because you had to step down to get into it," Thomas says.

The front, street-side view of the home reveals little about its true design.
While the original house had a full glass facade, the addition uses windows in specific areas to draw your attention to the smaller details.

In the living room, a C113 V2 sofa designed by Marcus Ferreira for Carbono is joined by a set of Tobogã armchairs by Vírgula Ovo upholstered in caramel leather. A Sonia bench by Brazilian Modern designer Sergio Rodrigues sits beside a C404 coffee table in Jequitibá wood (also by Marcus.) The Wire Frame shelf by Vírgula Ovo displays a few of the couple's favorite things, like a framed ticket stub from a Sade concert that they attended early in their relationship, on the lower shelf.
