The home was designed for welcoming family and guests year-around with three bedrooms and multiple baths as well as lounging areas for gathering around for a movie or at a puzzle table on rainy days.
In terms of the colors, modern-looking pools tend to rely on a more monochromatic palette. You’ll notice that this is the case for Keystone Falls in everything from the tiles to the interior finish, but we also used earthy textures in the artificial turf and the Ipe deck. To add a little pop of personality, we wove sapphire blue throughout our furniture, which went well with the home’s blue doors and some of the blue valances on the lanai.
Glistening water streams on aria wall of oceanside tiles through the use of outdoor lighting and incorporating a water feature by Great American Waterfall Company. The swim up bar lounge is bordered by stepping pavers and landscaping with FX Lighting.
