Designed by Takeshi Nii, the Ny Rocking Chair was inspired by traditional director’s chairs, and similar fabric chairs from Denmark.
With its Directors Chair, Skagerak reimagines the traditional director’s chair with exquisite construction. The chair’s frame is updated from the traditional straight lines of a classic director’s chair with rounded arms that have a gentle curve to accommodate the sitter’s arms when seated.

The documentary, in part, explores the fallout from Corbusier's murals at e.1027, which enraged Gray but also showcased Corbusier's obsession with the home, which led him to build his own cabin in an adjoining lot. In fact, Corbusier died of a heart attack swimming in the waters near the home in 1965, and perhaps it was one of the last things he ever saw.

In the master bath, the architect managed to combine privacy and a view by adding a horizontal-line pattern to the glass wall.
“Opening the house to the southwest also gave the best chance of hearing the ocean noises in the house at night,” says Sabbeth. A Malm Firedrum 3 fireplace anchors the corner, with a cream Piero Lissoni sofa, coffee table by Andrianna Shamaris and leather Cassina chairs placed before it.
Units of 360-square-feet in size or less in size can be ordered as ANSI-certified mobile models for an additional $5K to $10k.
Skylights allow for sun to reach the inside of the home, while providing views of the sky and wildflower roof.
