Born in the Philippines and raised in the United States from the beginning of high school, Cedric Angeles maintains a perspective that is not anchored to a particular place or time, perhaps in part because he is constantly on the move, traveling from Europe to Russia to the Philippines and back to the United States. He studied photography at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and graduated in December 1998. A year later, Photo District News (PDN) named him as one of the 30 Under 30 Young Photographers to Watch. Today clients include GQ, NYTimes T Magazine, Rolling Stone, Departures, Conde Nast Traveller, Bon Appetit, Martha Stewart Living, Glamour, Travel+Leisure, Food+Wine, Four Seasons, British Airways, Aruba, Royal Caribbean, The Deutsch Agency, and JWT London.
