Principals Michael Hughes and Selma Catovic Hughes are both professors at the University of Arkansas. Michael has taught at Cornell, the University of New Mexico, Catholic University, Louisiana State University, and University of Colorado. Selma has worked as an architectural consultant in Washington D.C. and Denver, and has taught at the University of Colorado. She continues to work on an AIA travel grant, "Architectural Documentation of Reconstruction in Post-war Sarajevo."
