Erika: Ai Weiwei Forever Bicycles Sculpture As part of Scotiabank Nuit Blanche Toronto, a weeks-long art celebration, world-renowned Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei has just opened an exhibition of his Forever Bicycles sculpture in Toronto's Nathan Phillips Square. The exhibition consists of 3,144 interconnected bicycles forming a three-dimensional structure that creates an incredible visual effect.

Anna: NYMAG's Grumpy Cat Cover New York Magazine's Oct. 7th cover, photographed by Jeff Minton, was the best thing to hit my mailbox in a long long time. The cover story is about the latest brands who have made it HUGE, all of a sudden making 1 billion dollars and the CEO is like 26 years old. Grumpy Cat was the perfect icon to represent today's "Boom Brands."

Amanda: Design in Film I spent a very pleasant 11 minutes this morning previewing this mish-mash of modern homes appearing in films across many decades and eras. I appreciate the time it took to edit this one together—there are tons of homes represented.

The series shows us a portrait of Romania and highlights how the former Eastern Bloc nation is now in a moment of transition. These images are beautiful, moving, and tell a strong story.
