Marimekko Himmeä Melooni Dress

The Himmeä dress is made of silk in the Melooni pattern. The dress has loose, elbow-length sleeves that are dropped at the shoulders and it comes with a separate O-ring belt. The dress has a loose straight cut and long side slits at the hemline.

A large, laid-back pattern of stylized natural forms, Melooni (melon) is one of the many designs in Maija Isola’s output of the 1960s that superbly catch the spirit of the times.
