CARE:

rinse with warm water to remove food particles. wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. avoid soaking or immersing completely in water. rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a clean towel. disinfect with a mixture of vinegar and water. do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners or strong chemicals. regularly oil with food-grade mineral oil, beeswax or specialized cutting board oil.
