Xu Residence by Poliform

Rather go the traditional route of working with an interior designer, the homeowners of
this 1,411 ft² square foot three-bedroom apartment in Queens partnered with Poliform to create a
fully custom and cohesive design throughout their space. To maximize the limited space,
Poliform utilized a combination of custom wall and wardrobe systems, walk in closets, as well as
furniture pieces and compositions that would fit seamlessly into the interior architecture while
providing functionality and organization. The custom entry wardrobe, ideal for small spaces, is
clad in Cenere Oak, Mirror and glass, adding warmth to the open kitchen and living area, while
maintaining a clean, minimal aesthetic.
