This single story home was designed and built for two recently retired professors who wanted a second home as a weekend retreat to compliment the city life they enjoy in Chicago. Little did they know it would become their primary residence once Covid hit. Their love of the past and present as well as nature influenced this practical mid-century inspired contemporary home.
