From Ecnomus Construction

Wilson is a sprawling mid-century modern bungalow with a tonne of cool features from trimless maple interior doors to hydronically heated finished concrete floors throughout with an uber cool maple ceiling projecting out into the soffits!

The main kitchen and living area is where it’s at, with its sunken living room and very Don Draper vibe. Two large lift and slide doors connect the rear patio to the living space and the kitchen with wet bar at the back are functional while adding some real interest.

The concrete floors throughout create a thermal mass that regulate temperature very efficiently, reducing energy costs and maintaining a consistent environment inside. Coupled with a fully insulated foundation (inside and out), integrated with the generous continuous wall insulation, consistent comfort is guaranteed.

This project was truly special for us.
