Developed by Terra’s David Martin, Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove marks the first true full-scale residential development for the famed hospitality brand co-founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani.

The tower is set to merge all of the features of a five-star resort into a residential setting with the ideal mix of hotel-style social, wellness, design and culinary offerings inspired by the Cipriani family legacy. With just over 100 units, Mr. C Residences will rise over 20 floors overlooking the bay in Miami’s lush, highly desirable Coconut Grove neighborhood.

To execute the interiors, Will Meyer of New York design studio Meyer Davis is working closely with the Mr. C brand. The concept is inspired by the glamour of the Italian Riviera and Miami’s Art Deco architecture.

“We are excited to unveil our design for these residences and enviable amenities, alongside such an esteemed team of creative minds,” says Will Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Davis. “We took the opportunity to introduce the Mr. C lifestyle and aesthetic to Coconut Grove and combined it with our own refined sensibility and attention to detail. It was important to connect to the nautical culture shared by the brand and neighborhood, as well as the boldness of Miami - a city we know so well. The quality, palette and attitude of this property is bar none.”

With the recent influx of corporate executives and tech giants who are packing their bags for South Florida, the development team recently launched new and more ample floorplans in response to the booming Miami real estate market. The newly released designs combine the space of two full residences in one, boasting floorplans of five bedrooms and bathrooms with 5,353 square feet of indoor space and 1,628 square feet of outdoor space. All of the residences tout an open-floorplan layout, 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and private outdoor terraces for Bayshore, city and Grove views. Interior amenities include Italian terrazzo and quartz countertops, custom cabinetry by Meyer Davis, and premium appliances including Subzero and Wolf.

The architectural drawings by Arquitectonica illustrate the concept for the designs, honoring the building’s bayfront location. Its shapes have an inherent connection to the water, the culture of sailing and boating, as well as the natural beauty of Coconut Grove.

In addition to the impeccable residences, the development will also house a mix of high-design amenity spaces including a signature Mr. C Market & Café, La Bottega, and private Bellini Bar on the pool terrace. The entire look and feel takes cues from the Grove’s maritime influences with yacht-inspired shapes, rich natural materials and masterful craftsmanship. Mr. C Residences is set to be completed in 2023.
