Remodel of a 1940 cottage, only 900 SF were added to create 3 bedroom home with open living dining kitchen that takes advantage of the sloping lot and extensive landscape the owners attend to and the dogs love.
Note portions of the home that are new or added are rotated 5 degrees to allow for spacial tricks, opening up the plan. The exterior siding reflects this with lap siding at the parts of the house following the original footprint, board & batten on the rotated new portions of the house
