Once part of the Wild-Sargent Estate, this grand home is nestled on a quaint residential street in a small suburb just outside of Boston. The current owners were drawn to its proximity to the city and the abundant space for their growing family. The floor plan, however, was not ideal for this young, active family.

The main focus was a gut renovation to the first floor, including a dramatic reorganization of the kitchen, living areas, half bath, and relocation of the basement staircase. Our goal was to keep things simple, functional and beautiful while honoring its architectural history. We focused on the details: a strong natural material palette, exceptional finishes, and custom millwork.
