This 700ish square foot bungalow was completely renovated in 2020. The once dilapidated detached garage in the up and coming West King District of St. Augustine went through a full transformation. The main bedroom offers an extremely comfortable and high end queen bed as well as plenty of closet space and storage. The second room can sleep 1-2 guests with a quality queen inflatable mattress but is otherwise used as an additional hang out space and/or a yoga room, leading to the backyard deck.
The blend of tropical vintage, mid century and modern decor as well as local artwork lends to an eclectic, funky and still comfortable setting.
Along with private outdoor space and comfy interior keeps this small yet roomy space accommodating. At less than $90 a night, The West King Cottage offers a great space close to downtown St. Augustine for a great price.
