Walnut Grove is a transformation from a nondescript 1970's ranch house to a modern cottage in happening Northwest Arkansas. The whole region is hopping from the surge of transplants that are coming here--to Bentonville, where the corporate headquarters of Wal-Mart is located and to Springdale, where Tysons corporate offices reside. A virtual billionaires row of companies have brought people from all over the country who are looking for housing. On the flip side of the area's desirability are the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains as well as the lakes and streams that abound. Nature is abundant, and outdoor activities like hiking, biking, boating, and swimming contribute to the attraction. Cool university town Fayetteville is also part of the draw. The entire area is peppered with tract housing that developers have put in, but Walnut Grove is on a sweet street in a neighborhood that retains its small town feel.
