Who said that a rental apartment can’t be a beautiful and fascinated place?
We created this design for a busy mom and her teenage daughter.

Each space in this gorgeous Upper Westside apartment has its own character to fit and reflect the personality and lifestyle of the people living there.

Mother is a successful businesswoman, whose work involves many video sessions with clients. She needed to be able to talk to her clients behind “closed doors” and at the same time not expose her own private life. For that purpose, we created an area in the mother’s bedroom with a peaceful background. A swivel chair allows it easy to change the position and let the only desired area be visible. At all other times, the dusty rose velvet chair is a sweet cozy spot for reading and resting.

A teenager’s room is a special place where a young girl spends most of her time. It is not just a bedroom but a social lounge, creative zone, and safe haven. She had the chance to express her own creativity and discover esthetical desires.

The living room is a welcoming place for everybody. It is where they are having a morning coffee and enjoying a magnificent view with a pick to Central Park. The minimalism of the furniture choices mixed with intriguing artworks and the magic of the bubble chair.
