Luxury condo living is making waves in Miami as developers OKO Group and Cain International releasthe a limited collection of penthouse residences for sale at Una Residences, a 47-story luxury condominium tower under construction in the city’s highly-desirable South Brickell enclave. Una Residences’ newly unveiled Penthouse Collection includes a mix of expansive single-story residences along with three-story triplex upper penthouses. All penthouses will be delivered fully finished and include 9 to over 12-foot-high ceilings, private elevator entry, premium finishes and fixtures, and panoramic vistas of the shimmering Brickell waterfront with direct 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Two triplex penthouses will feature large open-air private rooftop decks, each with two pools – a lap pool and plunge pool – a summer kitchen, sauna and steam room.

Penthouse residences are priced from about $7.1 million, with upper penthouse triplex residences priced from $21.6 million. Approximately 85% of the development’s 135 units have already been sold and are under hard contract, with total sales completed since January 2021 exceeding $154 million. With its prominent position on the edge of Biscayne Bay in Miami’s secluded South Brickell enclave, Una will become the first waterfront residential tower to deliver in the Brickell neighborhood in over a decade upon its completion in 2023.

Una Residences is being developed by a partnership between OKO Group, the luxury development group helmed by international real estate mogul Vladislav Doronin, and Cain International, a privately held investment firm led by Jonathan Goldstein with over $6.7 billion in real estate equity, debt, and leisure-focused investments in the U.S. and overseas.

Penthouse residences – located between levels 38 and 43 – boast flow-through corner floorplans with no more than two units per floor. Layouts measure at approximately 4,735 square feet of interior space, with an additional 796 square feet of outdoor terrace space, with 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a den. Triplex penthouses – located on levels 44 through 47 – measure at approximately 7,089 square feet of interior space, with an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space, with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a media room, a study, and a private internal elevator accessing all three floors of the residence.

In addition to offering an unmatched quality of amenities and finishes, Penthouse Collection residences are designed for maximum functionality. Units feature custom designed Italian kitchen cabinetry, chef’s kitchens with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, and granite countertops. Master suites include standalone his and hers walk-in closets. Penthouse Collection residences also feature housekeeping living spaces.

For Una’s design, the development team enlisted world-renowned architects Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) whose design portfolio includes some of the tallest landmark towers across the globe – from China and Dubai, to Chicago and Miami – and the soon-to-be world’s tallest building, the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia. When designing both the tower’s architecture as well as its interior, AS+GG drew inspiration from the elegant shape and opulent materials used in classic yacht design – particularly the beautifully lacquered wood, exposed materials, and stainless-steel connections found on the Italian-made yacht, the Riva.

Amenities at the boutique tower will complement and enhance Miami’s desirable outdoor lifestyle, including a private marina, three swimming pools, a children’s splash-pad area and playroom, a movie theater, an Aman Resort-inspired spa and steam room, a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring yoga and personal training facilities, onsite dining, and more. Una’s amenities will also extend beyond the property, as residents will receive exclusive membership access to the Grand Bay Club on the beachfront of Miami’s Key Biscayne.

The tower’s secluded waterfront location, situated in the picturesque and private South Brickell area at 175 SE 25th Road, is only moments away from downtown Miami’s metropolitan city life, offering buyers the best of both worlds. Dozens of high-end hotels, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues, lounges, and luxury shops are minutes away in some of Miami’s top neighborhood destinations like Brickell Avenue, Key Biscayne, and Coconut Grove.

Una Residences is OKO Group and Cain International’s latest residential tower in Miami. The partnership has another two developments under construction nearby, including Missoni Baia, a 57-story luxury condominium in the city’s Edgewater district, and 830 Brickell, a class A-plus office tower – also designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture – in the heart of Downtown Miami’s financial district. Additionally, OKO Group recently announced plans to bring an Aman Hotel & Residences to Miami Beach’s Faena District. Cain International was also recently appointed to lead the strategic repositioning of the famed Delano hotel in Miami’s South Beach, adding to the firm’s growing hospitality footprint across global gateway cities. Cain’s current U.S. investments include the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the Raffles Hotel and Residences Boston Back Bay, and the financing of the Aman Hotel & Residences in New York City’s historic Crown Building.
