Tribeca Roofscape

This penthouse project, perched atop historic Staple Street alley in lower Manhattan, offered the unique possibility of dealing with a severely weathered roof while opening sweeping city views.
Phase one of this project encompassed the northern portion of the wrap-around terrace. Phase two is looking at transforming a six-foot sliver of roof into a glassed-in year round greenhouse.
