Tree House

The " Tree House" was designed and built to celebrate the beautiful 100’ tall Oak trees and amazing wildlife that surround this urban infill lot, located minutes from downtown Atlanta, GA. Although the home is only 2200SF, it lives much larger. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths there is plenty of room for the family. Plus a large screened porch located next to the kitchen and a third floor "treehouse", create plenty of chances to engage the beautiful trees. The landscape is comprised of mostly native and edible species of plants. There is also a rainwater harvesting system that captures water and stores it in an ornamental water feature near the main entry.
